Trainee Cancellation

If you need to cancel your training session, please follow these guidelines to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Early notification helps us better accommodate all trainees.

• Must be submitted 48 hours before the scheduled date
• Refund or rescheduling may be offered depending on availability

Institute Cancellation

In rare cases where we must cancel or postpone a training session, your investment is fully protected. We'll work with you to find a convenient alternative date at no extra charge.

If training is postponed or canceled by the institute, a new date will be offered at no additional cost.

No-Show Policy

Attending your scheduled session or providing advance notice is essential for maintaining program quality. Failure to communicate can result in loss of eligibility for refunds or rescheduling.

Trainees who fail to attend without notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
